In Their Own Words
The ITOW (In Their Own Words) Veterans Museum is the only museum in the country entirely based on the oral histories of America's veterans.
All the exhibits are designed to provide an auditory, and/or visual experience through the use of video documentaries and interviews as well as audio commentaries.
Our Mission

- The mission of the The History Museum of East Otter Tail County is to preserve the past for future generations.
- The mission of the Perham Pioneer Village and East Otter Tail Historical Society is to share Pioneer Village historical and present-day treasures through events and exhibits.
